Accommodation
Situated on our Blossomfield Campus within leafy surrounds of parkland and a pleasant ten-minutes' walk from Solihull town centre, we have 120 self-catering rooms housed in a separate accommodation building.
The rooms are available are for single occupancy, all with en-suite bathroom facilities, study desk, furniture and optional Internet connection. Each flat consists of five private study rooms and a modern shared kitchen.
The Halls have an appealingly safe and spacious environment with 24-hour security and management support, not to mention use of campus IT facilities, Sports Hall, Refectory and the College fitness centre (membership fee applicable)

Terms and conditions
- Students will enter into a 45-week contract for the year, including holiday periods (this does not apply for short courses)
- Rent will be paid termly in advance
- The deposit is non-refundable and serves as a damage deposit on occupancy.
