Where will this course lead?
The course is ideal if you have little or no experience of working in the cleaning and support service industry but wish to progress in this sector.
What will I study?
A range of subjects including:
Health and Safety for the cleaning and support industry
Working with customers and others in the cleaning and support service industry
Cleaning and maintenance of external surfaces and areas
Cleaning of interiors and washrooms
Dealing with routine and none routine waste
How will this course be delivered?
You will be visited by an Assessor/tutor in the workplace
What qualifications will I get?
Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services Skills (QCF)
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is by practical observations, course work, assignments and external tests
How do I get a place on the course?
Places are offered through an informal interview

The level 2 Apprentice is a rolling programme this means that you can join us at any time of the year

On completion of the course learners will be qualified to work within the Cleaning and service support industry and have a possible opportunity to progress on to a level three apprentice programme
