Introduction:
Performance appraisals are a fact of organisational life. Good performance appraisals are worth their weight in gold - probably because they happen so rarely. Too many appraisals are form-filling exercises, and create little sustainable impact.
If you are new to appraising others performance, or just want to get better at it, this 1 day session is for you.
The day will be very interactive with time to engage in active learning.
Solihull College deliver Appraisals and Performance Management training to organisations across Birmingham, the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
- Develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be able to undertake effective performance appraisal discussions.
- Improve performance of staff through the performance management process.
