Where will this course lead?
This course is suitable for those who have never studied French before and would like to be able to communicate effectively in most everyday situations.
What will I study?
The basic skills covered are speaking, listening, reading and writing in French. You will learn to cope with everyday situations such as introductions and meeting people, talking about yourself and others, ordering food and drink, requesting information, finding your way around and going shopping.
How will this course be delivered?
A two-hour class each week.
What qualifications will I get?
Vocational study not leading to a recognised qualification, Languages, Literature and Culture (SSA 12)

This is a recreational course.
