Up-skilling staff can help businesses to succeed by increasing client retention, sales and staff motivation and loyalty.
Many training routes are available through government funded schemes.
Training routes include: NVQs, apprenticeships, management and professional, information technology, business, skills for life, languages, short courses and much more.
Solihull College Employer Services offers all aspects of training in Birmingham, the West Midlands, Walsall, Warwickshire, Coventry, Wolverhampton, and all across the UK

The partnership between Solihull College and Birmingham International Airport has been in place for more than 7 years and the opening of the BASA adds extra strength to the relationship and allows for individuals across the site to access training & development.
Maths
A 12 week fast track programme resulting in a nationally recognised qualification covering areas such as calculating retail discounts, application of number and much more.
English
A 20 hour fast track programme resulting in a nationally recognised qualification covering areas such as writing letters and taking minutes. This course is available as conflict resolution, business communication and more.
All programmes can be held on site at Diamond House or a venue to suit.
