Want to find out how you can reduce your business costs, maximise profits, increase productivity and generally improve business performance for FREE? Look no further than Solihull College. . .
Solihull College Employer Services is one of the leading employee training providers in the West Midlands and Warwickshire delivering training courses for clients in Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Coventry and across the UK.
Our NVQs in Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) focus on helping organisations learn the principles of continuous business improvement and efficiency. And what’s more, they are completely free of charge to most employers.
About the Course
The BIT course covers a range of areas from reducing costs and maximising profits to effective team work and team leading.
The programme is structured to suit your specific needs, so whether your business is in engineering, manufacturing, hospitality or even retail, you’ll benefit from this unique programme.
As well as the direct business benefit generated by quality, cost and delivery improvement, the NVQ in BIT also shows an employer’s commitment to staff training and enhances the quality of a workforce’s capability to customers.
Who is the course aimed at?
BIT NVQs are designed for those who play a part in developing and supporting business efficiency.
How does it work?
You’ll be assigned your own Business Advisor who will carry out a free Health Check on your business to help identify areas for improvement and work with you to create a training framework that suits your needs.
Learners will be assessed and observed in their workplace on a regular basis in order to demonstrate their competence in completing a range of set tasks such as problem solving and project management.
WHS Halo’s Distribution Centre
Twelve members of staff based at WHS Halo’s Distribution Centre recently completed the BIT NVQ. Warehouse Manager, Rob Sullivan, who contacted the College, is delighted with the training his employees received:
“The recent Business Improvement Techniques course has identified a number of improvements which now have been implemented in the workplace. This has been key to our continuous improvement strategy and the ongoing success of both the employees and the company. We look forward to working with Solihull College in the future.”
