Introduction:

This course is for individuals who wish to understand how effective coaching is and to learn how to use their coaching skills in the workplace. The course will leave you with the basic skills and models of coaching. We will develop your questioning and listening skills so that you can coach other individuals in the workplace and provide an environment where you can practise these skills and obtain professional feedback.

After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
