Solihull College is driven by its student-focus but in order to deliver on that front we have established a modern, responsive and robust organisation, which provides the ideal foundation for us to develop and excel.

Strategic Goals
By 2014 we will have:
- Very high attendance and success rates ensuring further progression in education and employment
- Very high standards of teaching, training, learning and assessment with highly satisfied learners
- Innovative, flexible and responsive programmes that meet the needs of our students, the demands of the economy and which expand into new markets
- Resources and learning environments that are a consistently high quality, support the College’s evolution, promote sustainability and inspire learning
