Introduction:
Not many people reading this will have a life at work and home that is completely without pressure. Therefore most employees will benefit from this one day programme which aims to help them improve the quality of their life and get their hands on life’s control panels once again.
The day is loaded with useful hints and tips that can change your life.
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
- identify the main causes of pressure and stress in your life (inside and outside work)
- distinguish between pressure and stress
- recognise which of these are positive, negative and inside your control
- identify ways in which you can minimise the effects of the pressure
- highlight techniques for calming yourself down and keeping a healthy perspective in life’s stresses
- explore ways in which your leisure and home life can be improved by changing habits and behaviours
There will be a high level of group participation including practical work and group discussion.
