The beauty of the Management Apprenticeship at Solihull College is that it can be applied across a variety of sectors and job roles, so the skills you gain can be transferred and add value to whatever line of work you choose to take.
The Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship involves supporting organisations through tasks such as monitoring work, providing feedback and supporting team members, plus much more.
If you choose to progress onto the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship you’ll gain more responsibility and deal with more complex issues such as resolving problems, managing conflict or project management.
These programmes provide a great opportunity for you to progress up the managerial chain starting off in roles such as a team leader and progressing to section manager and then senior manager, or similar.
