Over the next 10 years, the UK will play host to an impressive series of global events including the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012, the Ryder Cup and Commonwealth Games, both in 2014, and the Rugby World Cup in 2015.

To help businesses gain a competitive edge, the Birmingham Airport Skills Academy have developed a number of customer service packages to ensure that all candidates have the skills and knowledge to deliver a world class service each time.
Some example courses include:
Excellence in Customer Service – 2 hour taster session - £50 per person or £500 for a group of up to 15
Sales techniques – 2 hour taster session - £50 per person or £500 for a group of up to 15
Customer Service Across Different Cultures – 2 hour taster session - £50 per person or £500 for a group of up to 15
Gold Standard in Customer Service – 1 day / 2 half days course covering:
- Introduction to customer service
- The environment
- Your role
- The customer
- Communication
- Meeting specific needs
- Conflict management
£100 per person or £850 for a group of up to 15
