Introduction:
This is a participative session that explains employer’s legal requirements when handling discipline at work. Delegates will have the opportunity to explore discipline in a range of contexts.
Solihull College have a proven record of delivering the Discipline and ACAS code of practice training to employers across Birmingham, the West Midlands and Warwickshire
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
- Prepare documents relating to disciplinary situations
- Conduct a disciplinary interview
- Determine what disciplinary action, if any, is necessary
- Explain the implications of ‘getting it wrong’
