Introduction:
Experienced secretaries who wish to move into more senior roles, as well as existing personal assistants wishing to develop their skills and provide management with the necessary support for achieving organisational objectives.
All managers want their secretary or personal assistant to be 'exceptional' since those who are contribute significantly to their success.
Today's secretary or personal assistant must be extremely competent and totally reliable, capable of taking on wider tasks than those of a purely secretarial nature. Solving problems, making decisions, writing reports and making presentations are now amongst the skills needed by secretaries and PA's at work.
This programme explores the new tasks facing the 'exceptional' secretary or PA, and demonstrates how they can best make use of the latest office technology.
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:

- manage your time effectively, prioritise and delegate
- apply problem solving techniques and implement decisions
- write effective reports
