Where will this course lead?
The course is designed to further your knowledge of communications and of good business management practice and to aid your personal development in the Business, Management and Communications area. Critical to this programme is the opportunity for work based learning to take place, combining academic knowledge with real life business scenarios.
The aim of the programme is to prepare individuals and organisations to meet the challenge of a continually changing environment. We do this in many different ways, but key to our success is the development within our undergraduate programmes of skills, competences and attitudes which are of immediate value in the busy business world alongside the more traditional academic skills such as research, analysis and reasoned argument. These will serve you well in whatever direction your career takes you.

Within the first year, you will be introduced to areas such as critical and academic writing, in addition to developing a portfolio to support your professional development. In the second year your studies will focus on research skills and developing skills of enquiry in preparation for the final year Business Project.
