Introduction:
The aim of this course is to offer all members of staff, regardless of their role, retail customer service training to enable them to interact with customers successfully. They need to strive to provide ‘a shopping experience’ within the shopping destination that will ensure our customers return again and again. In producing this course we have considered the entire journey that the customer takes from arrival into the store/centre and the skills that are needed at the various stages along the way.
