Where will this course lead?

It is an industry standard qualification and will enable career progression within many Health and Social Care settings. It can also be used as the basis of the Level 5 HND Diploma in Health and Social Care.
What will I study?

How will this course be delivered?
The course has been designed with flexibility in mind. As a part-time student you will be offered twilight and evening sessions two nights a week. You must study 8 units to achieve the HNC qualification. You can take the units over 1 or 2 years depending on your needs.
What qualifications will I get?
BTEC HNC Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF)
How will I be assessed?
Each unit's assessment is matched to the content of the unit. Some units will be assessed by essay and assignments, others by on-line discussion groups and forum work.
