Introduction:
Working Safely is a one day course for people at any level, in any sector, needing a grounding in the essentials of health and safety. Training can be booked for individuals or groups. Nationally recognised and respected certificated training which meets the government’s guidelines for introductory health and safety training.
Programme Outline:
Each module is backed by crystal clear examples and recognisable workplace based scenarios. The course includes checklists and other materials for you to try out and then use within your workplace setting.
- Introducing working safely
- Defining hazard and risk
- Identifying common hazards
- Improving safety performance
- Environmental issues.

What qualification(s) will be gained upon completion of the course?
IOSH Working Safely Certificate or a credit card-sized ‘passport’ card.
How is the course assessed?
Assessments are built into the day’s training and this includes multi-choice questions and a test on hazards spotting.
Additional information:
Course fees include a clear delegate workbook with sections for notes and question and answer sessions. After completing your course the workbook provides you with a useful reference resource for the future
