Institute of Leadership & Management
Our ILM programme is offered through Solihull College which is one of the leading Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Course providers in the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Coventry and across the UK.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the largest provider of leadership and management courses in the UK. They offer a wide choice of qualifications from management, leadership, combined management and leadership, through to more specialist areas such as executive coaching and leadership mentoring which are tailored to meet the needs of managers and their organisations.
Solihull College offers ILM courses from Level 2 to Level 7. Level 2 is ideal if you are an aspiring or new team leader helping you to develop the core skills needed to perform well in your new role. Our Level 7 courses are ideal if you currently work within executive management and are responsible for strategic decision making and leading organisational change. The units within each ILM management qualification are flexible, enabling you to focus on the area of management most relevant to your current role.
