Introduction:
Conflict between individuals at work is a fact of human interaction. Conflict can be good, and help with creativity and progress.
But what about when conflict gets in the way? Maybe you need to have conversations at work which you know you will not find easy – this course is designed to help build your confidence and give you some tools and techniques to help
Who should attend? You may be in unhelpful conflict yourself, or working with colleagues who are.
You may need to have courageous conversations with team members, colleagues, or even your boss. You want to be able to handle them professionally; limit any potential damage, and maybe even turn the situation into a positive one
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
