Health and safety.
Client consultation.
Cutting hair using basic Barbering techniques including blending, tapering, fading.
Product knowledge.
Drying and finishing hair.

The course will be delivered within in a commercial salon

Vocational study not leading to a recognised qualification, Retail and Commercial Enterprise (SSA 7)
How will I be assessed?
Practical observation assignments assessed within our college commercial salons.
Oral questioning to ensure knowledge and understanding is present.

This course will run at our Blossomfield on campus on a Thursday 6.30-9.30 for 10 weeks.
