Introduction:
This one-day course is designed for users or potential user of excel who are required to produce and use simple spreadsheets and are required to carry out simple analysis of business data.
On this course you will learn when to use excel, understand the basic concepts of a spreadsheet, produce simple spreadsheets and display information in a clear and concise way.
In this course you will learn how to:-
- Enter data
- Totals, auto-sum, replicate
- Basic formulae
- Format numbers
- Format font- colour, size, bold
- Insert row, column, sheet
- Editing, cut, copy, paste
- Basic charts - column, pie
- Insert clipart, resize and move
- Printing options
- Borders and shading
- Protect sheet from other users
- Auto fill months and days
- Hide
Attendance and additional study hours
1 Day short course 9.15am - 4.30pm
