Entry requirements
No prior knowledge of Outlook is required but delegates should have a working knowledge of Windows and be comfortable using the mouse
What qualification(s) can be gained?
Microsoft Office Specialist - Optional
Attendance and additional study hours
1 Day short course 9.15am - 4.30pm
Further information - Next steps
In order to build your skills in Outlook, you can move onto the Advanced course. On completion of both courses you may take an optional Microsoft Exam. Successful completion of this on-line Microsoft exam will result in certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
