Being a student here at Solihull College you will benefit from using our top of the range facilities to support you with your learning. Below you will find brief details about some of the resources you can take advantage of.
Technology Focused
With the very latest software on all of our PC's and Apple Macs, unlimited internet access, and a personalised email, all you need really is at the touch of button. Our open access computing areas allow you to study independently or with friends and for those of you who may need a little help our dedicated team are on hand to help.
Learning resources
We all know how essential it is to have up to date information when doing research. That's why we have our libraries packed with the latest texts, magazines, CD Roms, videos and DVD's to support you. As a student you will also be able to access the e-library, from college and at home through the internet.
Take a break
In between lessons or working on assignments we all need to take a break at some time. At the Blossomfield Campus, the Link, is a great place to relax and chat with friends. The Student Liaison Team are based in this social area and provide a selection of games, magazines and information for students.
At the Woodlands Campus there are also sofas in the refectory and atrium where you can relax and benches around the playing field.
Get in shape
Get up and get active! At our Blossomfield Campus you can take advantage of our fully equipped on-site gym to keep you in shape before and after college and even at lunch times. From weight lifting and cardiovascular equipment to dance studios and a programme of classes, we have it all!
