Our Levels
| Level 2 [Apprenticeship] | Equivalent to five 'good' GCSE passes | Suitable for school leavers and those who have little or no experience working in a specific industry. | Apprentices will gain a Technical Certificate demonstrating their competency in relevant areas, as well as qualifications in functional skills such as Maths and English. Level 2 Apprenticeships are often used as a spring board for those who want to continue training at a higher level. |
| Level 3 [Advanced Apprenticeship] | Equivalent to two A Levels | Suitable for school leavers, those who have completed the Level 2 and existing employees. |
This level equips apprentices with key transferrable skills and develops their knowledge of their chosen industry. Learners will work towards a Technical Certificate as well as a variety of Level 3 Vocational Related Qualifications (VRQs) specific to your sector. |
| Level 4 [Higher Apprenticeship] | Equivalent to a Foundation Degree level qualification | Suitable for employees working in specialist roles and those who have completed the Level 3. | This programme is designed for employees who want to take their training to the next step. It will develop the knowledge and skills of employees already working in a specialist role. Apprentices on this programme will work towards a Technical Certificate as well as a series of Level 4 Vocatinal Related Qualifications (VRQs) specific to your sector. |
