PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management.

PRINCE2 is a generic, simple to follow project management method. It covers how to organise, manage and control your projects, and is aimed at enabling you to successfully deliver the right products, on time and within a budget.

As part of the launch of our Management and Professional Centre, we are offering exclusive discounts for places on the week-long PRINCE2 course. The course will allow you to study for two qualification levels – PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

The Foundation course is the first level and teaches the basics of the PRINCE2 method. During this course you will learn how the Processes, Components and Techniques of PRINCE2 work together for an effective project management framework.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner course is the highest level qualification and is suitable if you have already completed the Foundation course or need to manage projects within a PRINCE2 environment.

The course is organised in association with RK Associates Ltd – an independent project management company who are the best in their field. It will be run from our Blossomfield Road Campus in the centre of Solihull. Various start dates are available with discounts currently being offered to learners.
