Whether you are seeking to implement an organisation wide initiative to ensure every employee is qualified at using Microsoft Office, or you need to train up one or two employees in a specialised, technical field we are able to provide a solution.
Our flexibility means we are able to support employees either in the workplace, via distance learning packages or at College - for example by day release, evening classes or a combination of both.

To certify or not to certify?

Our range of certified programmes is extensive. We support employees through Microsoft Office based qualifications at all levels in addition to the purely vocational Information Technology qualification. For technical staff we offer the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Administrator qualifications (which are also available on a unit by unit basis), in addition to level 2 Desktop Technician qualifications.

However, we understand that gaining a qualification isn't always the most appropriate solution.

Our Immediate Impact courses - which can be delivered either at College or in the workplace - are targeted one day courses that can be entirely tailored to meet specific need. This could include using the advanced functions in Outlook, maximising the use of pivot tables in Excel, or setting up a database in Access - whatever is required, we can deliver.
