Introduction:
Learning the specific techniques of good Project Management will benefit anyone who works as a key player in a team.
This course will provide an important core skill necessary for managers throughout an organisation. Those directly concerned with specific projects including project managers, project engineers and project support staff or employees will find the course particularly valuable.
Good project management does not happen by chance or guesswork. Neither can it be achieved by adopting simplistic ad-hoc procedures.
People who succeed in this field where others fail do so because they are properly trained, and have developed the knowledge and skills to recognise the key issues of managing any project. They are able to bring a well planned approach to each individual application and see it through.
By attending this two day course you will gain a thorough understanding of project management strategies and systems, explore examples of 'good practice' and find out how you can develop and focus your existing project management skills.
