Solihull College opens its doors to school leavers
Solihull College will be offering Year 11 pupils the chance to find out exactly what‘s on offer to them when they leave school at the Blossomfield Campus Opening Evening next week.
The College will be opening its doors from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday 21st October to give pupils and their parents the chance to find out about courses available, speak to tutors and staff about areas they are interested in, as well as take a tour of the campus.
Current students will also be on hand to share their experiences and the dedicated Student Services team will be there with information about finance, events and College life.
Courses on offer at the College range from academic programmes, including A Levels, to a variety of vocational courses such as Animal Care, Business, Sport and Media to name a few.
College Principal, Brenda Sheils said: “This event is a great opportunity for pupils considering their options after school to find out what life is like at Solihull College. They’ll be able to see our excellent on site facilities and ask tutors, staff and students about the areas they’re interested in. We encourage as many pupils as possible to come along and see for themselves exactly what’s on offer.”
