Introduction:
Any individual who makes regular use of the telephone during the course of their work - especially those people in direct contact with the customer – will find this short course beneficial.
A telephone conversation is often a company's first opportunity to make a good impression on customers, so clearly it is important to get this right. This session will train you in effective telephone techniques to a high level of professionalism and quality.
After attending this course participants will have the ability to:
- use the telephone in a much more positive and effective way
- identify and overcome any barriers to telephone use
- be aware of the importance of the first minute on the telephone and be able to improve your own 'first minute'
- improve the telephone techniques of your team
