The AASE programme is a two-year elite athlete development programme designed to support young, talented, male and female golfers (between 16 and 19 years of age) in achieving their maximum potential within the sport. It is supported by the England Golf Partnership.
It is exclusively available to those young people who have demonstrated the necessary talent, commitment and skill required to suggest that they have a realistic chance to make a career from playing golf, either for England or as playing professionals.
Education
The education is tailored to allow aspiring elite golfers the maximum time to work on their games. As well as working with top class teaching professionals and experts from a variety of fields, students will also study towards a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport to enhance their athlete development programme and provide qualifications to progress into university.
The training delivered at Solihull College is much more than a course of swing lessons.
