Introduction:
Our one day beginners’ ‘Understand Your PC’ course is designed to ensure that those with limited or no experience in using IT gain a general overview of the Personal Computer. The course will include a complete overview of the PC and general, basic troubleshooting techniques.

Additional information:
The fee includes tuition materials and refreshments. No additional course cost but if you wish to take the optional Microsoft Office Specialist exam an extra £60 is payable. Career and further study opportunities
