Where will this course lead?

This is a recreational course for one parent/carer and one child. It will help to build confidence and learn new skills.

What will I study?

The year is divided into 3 terms, each having a different topic. Families can choose to study on 1, 2 or all 3 of the terms.
Autumn Term - Baking
Create amazing cakes, biscuits and bread to grace any afternoon tea party, such as millefeuille, gateau and focaccia

Spring Term - Cake Decorating
Learn techniques to make amazing decorated cakes, including modelling, piping and designing

Summer Term - Cookery
Create delicious main courses and desserts from around the world. Each week there will be mouth-watering cuisine - students choose 2 dishes from the recipe book for that week's country, depending on their palette. These include meals such as Italian pasta and pizza, Spanish tapas and American Creole.
