Where will this course lead?

The Course can lead to further short courses or onto a full qualification within Beauty. Designed for those interested beginning a career in Beauty Therapy with little or no previous experience of working within a salon.

What will I study?

This qualification will enable you to gain skills in basic manicure techniques and paint application including basic skin/nail conditions & health and safety.

How will this course be delivered?

Practical and theory will be delivered in a salon based environment.

What qualifications will I get?

A college certificate in manicure.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment is by formative practical observations.

How do I get a place on the course?

Enthusiasm for manicure.

What are the entry requirements?

No academic requirements just an interest in the subject.

What else do I need to know?

Uniform is plain black top, trousers and enclosed flat black shoes.

You will be practising your skills on each other and yourself.
