What will I study?

Term 1 - Confidence Building  

This course will increase your awareness and gain understanding of the way in which you think, act and behave towards yourself. 

How assertiveness can empower you to understand your emotions and then to speak up for yourself - and why that is a good thing 

Moving outside of our comfort zone 

The inner critic - that little voice inside your head 

Barriers to confidence, self esteem, self worth 

Goal setting 

Meditation and relaxation to support stress and anxiety. 

How will this course be delivered?

A two-hour class each week for 4 weeks 

This course is delivered at Woodlands campus, Auckland Drive, Smith's Wood, Solihull, B36 0NF.  

What qualifications will I get?

This is a personal development course. 

How will I be assessed?

This course is for personal development and is informally assessed by the tutor with self-assessment and evaluation by the student.

What are the entry requirements?

Students should be age 19+
