At Solihull College we offer a wide range of accredited and bespoke management training courses to develop managers at every level, from aspiring team leaders to strategic level senior managers.

We offer ILM courses from Level 2 to Level 7. Level 2 is ideal if you are an aspiring or new team leader, helping you to develop the core skills needed to perform well in your new role. Level 3 helps to develop first line managers, and Level 5 is designed for middle managers. Our Level 7 courses are ideal if you currently work within executive management and are responsible for strategic decision making and leading organisational change.

The units within each ILM management qualification are flexible, enabling you to focus on the area of management most relevant to your current role.

We also offer a variety of bespoke and tailored Solihull College Certificate programmes, which can be tailored to suit you and the needs of the organisation and the individuals.
