We have now completed our testing programme, offering three lateral flow tests to students, and from week commencing 22 March, students who are able to are asked to self-test from home, every 3 to 5 days. We have already provided self-test kits to students who have attended the testing programme at college and we will be making test kits available in curriculum areas from week commencing 22 March 2021.
If any student is unable to take a test at home, we have the facility to carry out tests at the College.
Testing is voluntary, but we continue to strongly encourage everyone to take part. We ask that in addition to mandatory reporting to NHS test and trace, any students that test positive informs the College at the earliest opportunity.
Face Masks Reminder
Please remember that the current government guidance is that face coverings should be worn inside college buildings except where exemptions apply. There is an adequate supply of facemasks available on request if needed. This is a temporary measure for now and this policy will be reviewed after the Easter break in the light of government advice.
Our admissions team is working remotely to process all applications. These can be submitted as normal through the website. Select your course of interest, click ‘Apply now’ and follow the instructions.
We are in a constantly evolving situation so please keep checking the website and student hub for updates.
