Eligible graduates will be sent their invites with a link to book their place, guest tickets, gowning and photography.

Visit the friendly Campus Clothing stall at your graduation ceremony, where a selection of graduation merchandise will be available to purchase and take away. All stock will be available on a first come, first served basis. You can also place orders for items that you would like personalised at the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Graduands will collect their tickets from the registration desk at the event as it will contain their seat number. Please do not bring extra guests on top of your ticket allocation. Guest tickets will also be collected on arrival at the venue.
Light refreshments will be available within the Trafalgar Suite. Tea, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments will be available from the bar. Only card payments will be accepted.
The bar area will open prior to your ceremony within the Trafalgar Suite prior to the ceremony and in the Britannia Suite after the ceremony. Only card payments will be accepted.
The booking of the gown hire is done directly with Marston Robing and not through the College itself.
Marston Robing will have professional photographers available. Photography can be booked as part of the ticket and gown ordering process.
There are 750 complimentary car parking spaces available on-site.
Registration, gowning and photography will take place from 3.30-6.30pm, so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time within this window.
Please can you advise us if you or any of your party have a disability which may require special seating arrangements.
Small children are welcome to sit on visitors laps without the need for a guest ticket. However, we respectfully ask that if children are making noise that they are taken outside the main room during the ceremony.
