Our student enrolments were extremely positive last year and our numbers are growing again in 2021/22.

In particular, due to extensive growth, we are looking to recruit to the following areas:

  • Construction – Multi-skills
  • Engineering – Electrical and mechanical
  • Health and Social Care

Full-time or part time positions will be available.

Who Are We?

As a major institution of both further and higher educational provision in the West Midlands and Warwickshire, our aim is simple – to make significant contributions to the local and regional economies and beyond, by providing high quality vocational education and training for individuals, employers and the wider community. As such, our provision is designed to be up to date, flexible, accessible and responsive to all our customers’ needs, serving approximately 11,000 students.

Solihull College & University Centre and Stratford-upon-Avon College merged in February 2018 and the College now operates out of three main campuses: Blossomfield (South Solihull), Woodlands (North Solihull) and Stratford-upon-Avon. We also have provision at several satellite centres throughout Solihull and on work based programmes throughout the region and beyond.

We have state of the art facilities and an excellent learning/working environment, including a sports complex, arts centre and specialist vocational workshops.

We are planning an exciting and expanded new offer at Stratford-upon-Avon College and are going to invest £8.25m to build upon many excellent areas of provision so there is a wider choice for our communities.

At present, we employ approximately 280 full time and proportional teaching staff within the main curriculum areas. We also employ approximately 350 support staff and approximately 180 part time teachers.
