CMI L3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership
The course will be assessed via assignments, one for each unit of study.
Places are offered by interview only (telephone or face-to-face). Click 'Enquire now' at the bottom of this page.
Whilst there are no formal entry requirements you will need to be able to meet the assessment demands, through written assignments (one per unit) and have a background that will enable you to benefit from the programme. If you do not have evidence of GCSE or equivalent in English you may be asked to undertake a written assessment.
This is a more extensive qualification aimed at practising or aspiring managers who will manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes in roles such as first line manager, department manager and shift manager.
You can progress to the CMI L5 Diploma.
