This is a workshop delivered every week over 4 sessions at Blossomfield Campus. Taught by a professional baker who has run his own bakery business.
The course will run on 10am - 2pm on

21st July
There will be one final session from 10 - 1 on the 28th July.
No formal qulaifications
This course will be informally assessed by the tutor also by the student's self-assessment and evaluation.
