Where will this course lead?

This course is suitable for beginners or those who wish to enhance their skills. It is aimed to help the student grow confidence to speak French right away.

What will I study?

You will learn to use the language in a variety of everyday situations e.g. shopping, travel, entertainment and eating out. The emphasis of the course is on speaking and listening, although some reading and writing will be included.

Term 1 - Beginners is designed for complete Beginners of the language.

Term 2 - Beginners  is open to those who have studied in Term 1 or have some knowledge of the language.

Term 3 - Improvers is for those who have studied in Terms 1 or 2, or have a good knowledge of the language.

How will this course be delivered?

A two-hour lesson each week for the duration of the course.

What qualifications will I get?

This is a personal development course.

How will I be assessed?

This course is for personal development and is informally assessed by the tutor with self-assessment and evaluation by the student.

You must be aged 19+
