This course builds upon the foundational digital skills acquired in Part 1, providing returners with more in-depth knowledge and advanced techniques. Participants will deepen their understanding of online communication, enhance their digital safety and security practices, and expand their proficiency in working with documents and data.

This course is offered at Blossomfield Campus, Woodlands Campus, Solihull Recruitment and Training Centre, Saxon Court and Elmwood Family Hub.
This is a personal development course.
Informal assessment by the tutor, with evaluation by the student.

You must be aged 19+
You do not need to own a computer at home, but you may wish to purchase headphones. We can give you advice on this if you need it.
