Customer service is the process of ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service.

Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. As a Customer Service representative you’ll ensure customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way, whether it’s through offering advice, answering questions or dealing with complaints. You are operating within the customer service role performing a transaction for the customer, such as making a sale or returning an item.

Customer service is an extremely integral part in maintaining customer relationships, as a customer facing role you will be the face of the company, therefore to ensure repeat business it is important to adhere and follow the rules of customer service, all of which you will learn while taking part in our customer service courses.
