What will I study?

There are various topics covered to prepare individuals to lead and team in different organisations and industries but focusing mainly on business functions. You will develop firm understanding of how teams develop, perform, and succeed by self-awareness of individual capabilities and through team dynamics. It will also provide situational awareness using various theoretical techniques and practical activities to support learning.

No formal entry requirements needed however to enrol on the course, you should:

• Be aged 19 or above
