What will I study?

Sensory play is a great way to help children explore their senses, practice observation skills and develop curiosity. It helps to build nerve connections in the brain and encourages the development of language and motor skills and allows children to be creative.

Examples of sensory play are, playing with sand and water, playing with different food, making homemade musical instruments, painting with hands or feet, playing with playdough and making sensory trays. Activities like these are really good to help children refocus on their learning.
