How will this course be delivered?

The course is a approximately 20 weeks but as it is a fully online course and you can study from anywhere at any time, you may need more or less time which we can accommodate.

What qualifications will I get?

Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management - QAN: 600/5961/8

How will I be assessed?

Once you have completed the online materials - you will be asked to complete assignments. You will submit them and continue through the programme. A tutor will mark and forward you the grade. If support is required, then they will make an appointment with you to explain any corrections required. You will resubmit by the deadline and progress through the course in this way.

What are the entry requirements?

Maths and English GCSE at a Grade C/ 4 or above and you must in a role working within a managerial or team leader job role.

What else do I need to know?

This is a short course qualification and is aimed at practising or aspiring team leaders and managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes in roles such as team leader, supervisor and first line manager.
