After you have completed this course, you should feel more confident and have improved wellbeing.

What will I study?

Introduction - This course uses various therapeutic tools to create a stronger sense of self-esteem and self-belief. After each session, you will receive a self-hypnosis audio to strengthen the tools from class.

Week one - Regulating the nervous system

You will learn a tool called EFT tapping to lower stress and adrenaline, regulating your nervous system. You will learn about the nervous system and the importance of keeping it regulated.

Week two - Overcoming procrastination

You're not lazy after all! Do you put off things you need or want to do? This week, you will learn why you procrastinate and be given tools to overcome it.

Week three - Letting go of negative beliefs about yourself using various techniques

Week four - Creating and installing positive beliefs about yourself using various techniques

Week five - Letting go of old negative experiences that stop us being our best self

Week six - Building, choosing and maintaining healthy relationships.

How will this course be delivered?

There will be 6 workshops and they will be offered on either a Wednesday morning 10:15- 12:00 or on a Wednesday evening 6:30 - 8:30 dependent on popularity.

No formal qualifiactions
